Avoid the tempting burgers, sandwiches, pork, mayonnaise, ham, nuts, ribs, butter, sausages, salami, bacon, margarine, sauces etc. Such a diet, endorses plumpness, which can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes and even cancer. Also, cut on your alcohol and soft drink consumption. Switch to a low-fat, high-fibre high-nutrient diet. Keep sufficient amount of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Exercise your brain :
